    Through this confidential communication channel, any stakeholder (employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, etc.) can make a complaint about non-compliance with bad practices.

    For effective management:

    1. Explain in detail the facts.
    2. Identify the person(s) involved with the reported behaviour or with knowledge of it.
    3. Time at which the event occurred or has been occurring.
    4. Provide, if deemed necessary, documents, files or other information deemed relevant to the assessment and resolution of the communication.
    5. Provide a method of contact for any additional information.
